Delivery and Returns
Please note, all our deliveries require a signature.
Standard 3 - 5 working days, £3.95
First class 1 - 2 working days, £5.95
Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the next working day. This service is not available at the weekend or on bank holidays.
We want you to be happy each time you shop with Eliza Doolittle. However, if you are not satisfied with the goods received, we will be happy to refund you. All Returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense in new re-saleable condition, with relevant tags attached. A Refund will be issued if goods are returned in this way, or if the item is faulty or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found. Items must be returned within 14 working days, along with the original receipt.
Please note original shoeboxes and other packaging that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in an undamaged and unused condition.
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class recorded delivery when returning any item to us. Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition.
A refund of the returns delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty products. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items we deem damaged as a result of fair wear and tear, will not be accepted as faulty.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept the following items for return or exchange: socks and tights, headbands and hair clips.
